GymKynex · train, eat, ask

The coach reads your numbers and says what's next.

Log a set, a meal, a bodyweight. Your coach turns it into a plain answer, like add 2.5 kg, eat 30 g more protein, or take the rest day. No chart to squint at.

Can I skip legs today? 😅
Ha, nice try 💪 You've hit upper body twice this week already. Legs today, rest day tomorrow, you earned it. Start with squats 4×8. Let's move. 🔥

What you get

Four parts, and they
talk to each other.

What you log while training feeds what the coach knows, and what you eat feeds both. That connection is the whole point: separate apps cannot tell you that your bench stalled because you have been eating 400 calories short.

AI coach

Ask in plain words and get numbers back. It reads a photo of your plate, sets your calories and rebuilds your week on request.

Training

Pick a split and each day fills with 4 to 5 exercises from a library of 344, matched to your gear and never repeated.

Nutrition

Type a meal the way you would say it and get calories and macros in a second. 24 recipes with the grams already weighed out.

Progress

Volume, bodyweight, measurements and streaks, read back as plain sentences instead of lines you have to interpret.

The coach

It knows your history.
So it answers straight.

Lucas, or Helena if you prefer, is built around your goal, your level and what you've logged. Ask anything about training, food or recovery and you get numbers, not a wall of maybe. Snap a photo of your plate and it reads it. Ask it to set your calories or build your week, and it just does it. If you allow it, it remembers what matters, like a cranky shoulder or your best lifts, and you can pause or clear that memory anytime.

Chest again tomorrow? 🙏
You went heavy today 💪 give it 48h. Pull tomorrow, chest Friday.
my bench won't move past 60kg 😤
Stuck 3 weeks. Drop to 52.5, add a lighter set after, build back up. You'll fly past 60. 🔥

Train

A plan for the days
you actually train.

Pick a split, like full body, push/pull/legs or upper/lower, and each day fills with 4 to 5 exercises from a library of 344, matched to your gear and never repeated. Every day sits in its own tab, so you always know what's next. Tap Start and it logs the session with you, set by set, then saves it so your coach can see the trend.

Nutrition

Eat by the numbers,
not by feel.

Type a meal the way you'd say it, like two eggs, oats and a banana, and get the calories and macros back in a second. Keep 24 recipes on hand with the grams already weighed out, so hitting your protein is one tap, not a math problem.

Calorie intake

Your intake,
against your goal.

Every bar is what you actually ate that day, straight from your logged meals. The dashed line is your daily goal, worked out from your profile or set by the coach. Green means you landed at or under it, orange means over. See your average and your protein over any stretch, so you know if the week held up.

Why GymKynex

Four reasons,
all of them checkable.

Nothing here needs you to take our word for it. Create a free account and every one of these is true from the first minute.

  1. 01

    It answers with your numbers

Not generic advice. The coach is built around your goal, your level and everything you have logged, so the answer is add 2.5 kg, not it depends.

  2. 02

Nothing to install from a store

It is a web app. It goes on your home screen from the browser, opens full screen, and needs no download and no updates. The steps are further down.

  3. 03

    Sign in without a password

Google, or a passkey with Face ID or a fingerprint. Nothing to remember and nothing that can leak.

  4. 04

    Your data stays yours

Every account is walled off on its own. Nobody sees your workouts, meals or conversations but you, and you can export or delete all of it.

How to use it

01

Set your profile

Your goal, level, schedule and the gear you have. About a minute, and you can change any of it later.

02

Get your plan

The coach builds 4 to 5 exercises per training day around all of it. Want it different? Just ask in plain words.

03

Train and log

Log your sets and meals as you go. Every entry feeds back, so next week is sharper than this one.

Installing it

Not in the app stores. On your home screen anyway.

GymKynex is a web app, and it isn't on the App Store or Google Play. You install it straight from your browser: the icon lands on your home screen and it opens full screen, with no address bar and no browser tabs around it. Once it's there, you would not be able to tell it apart from anything else on that screen.

What you get out of that: nothing to download, nothing to update, and it takes a few megabytes instead of a few hundred. When we ship a fix you have it the next time you open it, without waiting for a review queue.

And if you lose signal mid-workout, keep logging. The session is saved on your phone and uploads itself the moment you're back online.

iPhone and iPad

Safari

Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.

Android

Chrome

Open the menu, then Install app. Chrome usually offers it on its own.

Mac and Windows

Chrome or Edge

Click the install icon at the right of the address bar.

You don't have to install anything to try it. Sign up in the browser and add it to your home screen later, or never.

Pricing

Right now, all of it is free.

No card, no trial countdown, nothing to cancel. We'd rather you use it and tell us what's missing than hand us $5 before it has earned it.
